Unfortunate accident while rushing- hit the garage door before it fully opened. Door Boy was so understanding and sent someone out same day. I thought Id have to wait 6 weeks for replacement panel. David took a look and confidently repaired and reassembled the door in no time. Bonus- it’s fully functional!

Lena was pleasant and helpful, helping me to determine what was wrong with my garage door opener. Pete is knowledgeable and professional. A clean worker who promised he would help me to learn how to program my new garage door opener. He kept his promise. I highly recommend this company. Installers JR and Michael were a few minutes EARLY for our appointment. They were polite, neat, worked tirelessly and efficiently, and took a good amount of time to explain all of the features of the new garage door openers. The cost was exactly what the estimate said it would be. I also had springs replaced by Door Boy last week, and that installer (don’t remember his name! I’m sorry! ) was equally wonderful. Roger, the man I spoke to in the office, was also very easy to talk to and do business with. Highly recommend these folks.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Door Boy. Beginning with my first call to Roger, he was very courteous and pleasant. He responded professionally to all of my questions and kept his word as to when Dave, the awesome tech, would arrive and take measurements of my broken torsion spring. He actually was early, which almost never happens! Dave returned this morning to replace the springs and tune up the doors. My broken door was repaired in about 24 hours from my first call. Fast response and great service. My tension wires, rollers and rails all got out of whack. They got everything in perfect working order within 1 hour. Cost was exactly as communicated prior and very reasonable. No upsell , just expert service.

I had a problem with my door. Called first thing Monday morning - holiday week. They were able to come same day! In just a few hours time. Dave came, explained the problem, fixed it promptly. Saved the (holi)day. We (OK, it was me) had an "oopsie" and dented the garage door from the inside. Trapped in the garage, no second car today, and no vehicle outside. Day before Thanksgiving, heading to the grocery store to get fixings for dinner. To say that the 90+ year old matriarch was upset is an understatement. Techician came out SAME AFTERNOON, towards early end of their window. Dave left <1 hour later, with a repair to fully functional with only a minor dent noticeable. Now we can make the dreaded green bean casserole. No upcharge, no hassle. Our experience was exceptional.
